GOODBYE MISS RIPLEY CONFIRMED LINE-UP AND PLOT SYNOPSIS

MBC’s upcoming drama, “Ripley (Goodbye Miss Ripley),” has unveiled its confirmed cast list!

According to information revealed by MBC on March 21st, Kim Seung Woo, Lee Da Hae, Park Yoochun, and Kang Hye Jung have confirmed their casting for the drama.

Lee Da Hae will be playing the leading female role, ‘Jang Miri’, a woman who finds herself in utter chaos because of the one line she mistakenly makes.

Kim Seung Woo, a cold man who managed to rise from poverty to become a hotel manager, falls in love with Lee Da Hae at the risk of losing everything he has worked for.

Park Yoochun will complete the love triangle by playing the role of ‘Yukata’, the son of a famous Japanese resort CEO. Through Lee Da Hae, Park Yoochun comes to understand what true love is, but unfortunately, does so at the price of his own downfall.

Kang Hye Jung will be the caring and innocent ‘Na Hee Ju’, Lee Dae Hae’s adopted sister of Lee Da Hae. Like the two men fighting for Lee Da Hae’s love, Kang Hye Jung is also pulled into harm’s way because of her since she refuses to tell the scandalous secret surrounding her sister.

Curtain Call Media commented, “With one of the best line-ups yet, all of us are looking forward to how the drama will turn out. Not only does it have a strong story line, but a thorough director who will surely give birth to a drama that has never been seen before.”

“Ripley” will begin airing this May!

well, I think Lee Da Hae - Yoochun - Kim Seung Woo are all the leads. in real story Shin Chungah and ahjusshi who helped her (Seung Woo) were imprisoned.. idk what ending they make in the drama, but it can end that everyone lose everything and it would be hard to tell who is the lead.. but she's supposed to love Yoochun's character and to use Seung Woo's character

The drama PD really used all Yoochun ability. He will be fluent in japan (?) and english (??, should I say chunglish?) and I will not surprise if they make him play a piano.

Some show their body and rip their shirt, Chun speak multi-languages and play piano. The effect for me is the same :)

Omg, that's true. Is there's like a piano scene, I'm just hoping it won't turn out to be outrageously sappy, which will turn his charcter into this hopelessly-in-love-will-do-anything-for-the-girl cheesey two-goody character, if that makes sense DD:

I hope he will not be the type who will do anything for love. As much as I love the girl on being in charge and manipulate all the man in this drama, I hope Yoochun character will be a strong one.

idk why everyone makes this mistake, but his name is Yutaka, it means "rich", and it is common japanese name.

I feel like they all use the same translate programs, which autocorrect the name or something..

Only, this starts airing in May, and they're [JYJ] supposed to be touring during April, May and early June, including the US and Canada dates. How the hell is he going to both at the same time, particular if they're in North America for a couple of weeks? Not to mention, considering how utterly exhausted he was last fall from doing SKKS and the showcases at the same time... :( *sigh* Oh, Chunface.
