omonatheydidSo it's a little after 2am where I'm at and what do I finally decide to do? My fan account from the NYC Epik High concert of course!Sure it's almost been two weeks, but I'm kind of lazy and well..YEAH
So this is me(around 6:50ish in the morning after 4 hours of sleep as I was too excited)on the bus that me and my friend Paige took from Reading, PA, to NYC, NY :D

The bus ride wasn't too bad(we loaded up our ipods with kpop videos and we both have crap ton of kpop songs, so it's safe to say we were will occupied)and it definitely felt alot faster than 3 hours, which was good. As soon as we got there, we got our 2nd(of 4 I believe it was) round of coffee and walked around the city trying to find Korea Town.We failed D: so we decided to go see the Wonder Girl's house to make up for it and well...
JYP's housing is REALLLLLLL subtle guys, I mean, I just dont know how anyone could pick out such a NON-DESCRIPT HOUSE........................./SARCASM
So after laughing our asses off for a solid 5 minutes, we continued around the city until we decided to go find the venue
I was/still am a little sad that it wasn't at the Hiro ballroom, but Irving Plaza was still cool. We got there around 12pmish and though we hadn't planned to stand in line for 7 hours....we ended up doing just that XD HOWEVER, I basically made some AWESOME friends(WHICH INCLUDE FELLOW OMONAS!!!!!) and it really was a great 7 hours

So after the 7 hours of waiting outside, we were finally let in(me grabbing merch while others grabbed spots in front of the stage :D) only to wait another hour in the BOILING HOT ROOM. And this was before the concert started D: But we were about 10-15ish ft from the stage,so I wasn't complaining much :D

So finally DumdfoundDead (I think that's his name,please correct me if I'm wrong)came on a did a little song 'broke-digger'(basically the opposite of 'Golddigger' XD) which was cool
And then Kero One came on. NGL, I really enjoyed him and downloaded his stuff once I got the chance to. Very chill and kind of reminded me a bit of Kanye West in the style that he raps. Also should be stated that I squealed a bit when MYK came on to do a song with him XD

Then next up was FAREASTMOVEMENT. OMFG THESE GUYS ROCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKED IT. They were awesome and I highly recommended checking them out. They were so full of energy and just really fun and I thoroughly enjoyed their performance. I would totally see them again if they came back to the East Coast :D
AND THEN, Beatbox DG came on and did a really cool beatbox piece that was awesome(LOL, I'M RUNNING OUT OF ADJECTIVES SORRY)
THEN TUKUTZ CAME OUT AND DG STARTED BEATBOXING FOR CIPHER AND EVERYONE WENT CRAZY AND THEN TABLO AND MYK AND MITHRA CAME OUT AND GODDDDDD.I love Epik High. HOWEVER, right after they came out, my camera decided to overheated or whatever and the screen stopped working D: Thankfully, I was still able to take pictures and see what the picture I took was, but I just couldn't see what I was taking a picture of until the picture was taken. BUT, I worked around it and I'm pretty sure that I got some good pictures and video :D HOWEVER, THEY FUCKING ROCKED IT<3
I tried to get as much Tukutz as I could as I know how much we love him here at Omona, but with my camera being a bitch, some of the pictures aren't perfect D:

LMAO, UNINTENTIONAL CROTCH SHOT, BUT HIGHLY APPRECIATED WHEN I FOUND IT LATER ON WHEN GOING THROUGH MY PICTURES XDXD
So after the first half of their set(right before MYK had his solo stage) Paige got elbowed in the stomach and both of us were already feeling really woozy (it legit was over 100degrees in there with everyone screaming and pushing and being ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCULATION D: Even Tablo's holy water wasn't enough!! And speaking of Tablo, even he said that it was THE HOTTEST venue they'd ever performed at XD) but that pushed her almost over the edge, so me and Jocelyn(HEY GURL HEY. I FORGET YOUR USERNAME D:) rushed our way out to get some water and stuff. We re-located toward the back that was much more spacious/cooler and, strangely enough, we could see sooooo much better.I still got some nice pictures and videos(that i'll post later :P) and could see them all clear as hell, so it was cool.
The second half of their set was AMAZING. To start if off, Tablo went into a monologue about depression and how serious a thing it really is and that we here in the states are very lucky to have so MANY different options to help those with depression as compared to Korea and then the fact that Korea doesn' really accept or acknowledge depression, something he said, stressed really, needed to change and that YES, it's ok to be sad and YES, it's ok to cry. It was really deep and I truly felt the care that Tablo has for his country. The THEN TO TOP IT OFF, THEY WENT RIGHT INTO ONE AND THE FIRST HALF OF IT WAS THE ACOUSTIC VERSION AND IT WAS FANTASTIC. I almost cried, it was just perfect(the only thing ruining the moment was a group of girls screaming 'WE LOVE YOU TABLO~~~~~~~~~' during Tablo's speech and I almost punched one in the face ^___^).
They then went through some of their popular songs( '1 minute, 1 second', 'Fallin', 'Fly') and to here all the songs that I usually listen to on my ipod LIVE was amazing. They then went into an encore that consisted of 'Free Music', 'Map the Soul W.W.ver.'(WHICH the crowd sang to MYK during his part at the beginning, it was cute,IHLSM<3) and then ended the show with my personal favorite 'FAN'(to which I freaked out about XD)
ALL IN ALL, EPIK CONCERT WAS EPIK, AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM STATE-SIDE AGAIN <3
