All 6 members of 2PM can now sleep with their legs stretched out. 2PM has recently rented and moved into a big villa which is located in the neighborhood of their agency’s Cheongdam-dong office.
The villa has 6 rooms arranged over 2 floors and 6 members each paid equal amount of deposit money for the lease of the place.
Until now 2PM lived in a 3-room apartment provided by their agency. They all lodged together for the convenience of training and schedule. However, now they don’t need to live together anymore and, since each of them has earned some money, they can all consider moving into a house or a separate apartment. In spite of that, 2PM members say, “We would hate being separated from the members we became attached to,” – so after emptying their pockets and getting the place they continue to lodge all together.
Previously it was very uncomfortable for 2 or 3 members to sleep in one room especially because all the members have a big build. So now getting to sleep in single rooms makes them all unbelievably happy. A person from the agency confirmed the genuineness and friendship between the members by saying, “Even though we tell them to move to their own houses they don’t listen. When there are no schedules they’re simply having fun together in the villa. They also come to our office which is nearby and annoy us with their jokes”. The representative added, “Since the members don’t really go to bars or other entertainment places on their own, sometimes they just ask agency’s staff to buy them drinks. The only places they usually go to for some fun are a bar or a small sake bar in the neighborhood”. The representative revealed that “Since the friendship between the members is great, they only have fun together.”
