Chae Yeon recently confessed that she checked into a hospital for 3 days after suffering from a messy breakup with then (unidentified singer boyfriend) in December 2007. But doctors found  nothing was wrong with her physically, except for a broken heart. Awwww.

The pop act revealed the fact on the KBS 2 TV “Shin Dong-yup and Shin Bong-sun’s Champagne” show on May 30th.

In heechuls case he talked about having to break up because of netizens yelling at her for being too old.... he expressed how it upset him a lot. He didnt want her to break up with him after only 1 month. There is also a tv show where they appeared together after and it was really awkward. Heech looked like he was very sad too and didnt say much :(

As far as I know, she has dated a DJ and a dance singer whose initial is H. They were revealed by herself, unintentionally in Come To Play and as an answer to a question in Park Kyung Lim's TV show (I forgot which... MBC too, I think. The one in which Shinhwa's Shin Hyesung bungee jumped with Wonder Girls)...
