Actress Kim Ji-soo was slapped with a 10 million won fine for drunk driving and hit and run. Investigators of the Seoul Central revealed on the 6th, "A fine for 10 million has been confirmed on Kim Ji-soo for driving away after causing an accident".
Kim Ji-soo was charged for hitting a taxi with her Audi vehicle last year October 5th, at an intersection near the Galleria shopping mall in Seoul and driving away.

Why don't all these celebrities who decide that they would rather drink than drive safely just get a chauffeur? I've always thought about this since Lilo's first arrest... They have the money for it.
