Roscoe Umali is a long time member of the Movement Crew, and on pretty much every Drunken Tiger album. He did his own thing for a bit and did a few tracks with E-40 and other Bay area acts. He's more well known regionally or in the Fil-Am community.
Thanks mayne. I figured he was a regional rapper when I couldn't find his wiki. My friend told me he was a Filipino-American rapper, and youtube told me he had a song with E-40, but that's about all the info I could find.
