SuJu's grandpa gets told to rest by hospital doctors

Super Junior’s leader, Leeteuk, who was involved in a car accident in Singapore, has returned to Korea and was examined for possible injuries in a hospital.

On January 31st, SM Entertainment stated through Money Today Star News, “Leeteuk has returned from Singapore to Seoul with other members early this morning. Shortly after arriving, he went to the hospital to get checked up for possible injuries, and to get related physical examinations.”

They also stated, “Fortunately, it was confirmed after tests that Leeteuk was not hurt, but doctors said it would be better for him to take a break.” They added, “Heechul, who was also involved in the crash, is going to the hospital tomorrow for his turn (February 1st), but this may be rescheduled depending on his schedule”.

Gdi Teuk, get some rest - someone just strap him down to his bed. And are you shitting me, they're thinking of rescheduling Chul's appointment? There's always a risk of internal injuries, no matter how small an accident. Just give him his check-up and get it over with.

The poor guy is so overworked. He is on a million shows, does concerts all the time and has a radio how. He really needs proper rest especially since this unfortunate accident happened. And poor Heechul has gotten caught up in another accident too. I hope these boys get the proper rest they deserve.

i've mentioned this before (hhttp://community.livejournal.com/omonatheydidnt/5697634.html?thread=638691170#t638691170) but i think eeteuk has quite a lot of issues. he was the leader of what was supposed to be a project group with rotating members--he was never supposed to lead a band of 13(15) boys for 5+ years through scandals and lawsuits and diminishing promotions, all the while playing his one-man-band gig of MC and radio host. the boy is a whirlwind.

he likely barely sleeps as it is--i can't imagine what he's like during promotion time. no wonder he's always last to get up in the morning--i'm sure he's last to get in at night. for even heechul to respect him, eeteuk must be a really amazing guy, even in his private life. i cannot imagine how much that boy has sacrificed for his bandmates and his dream.

he deserves all the success in the world.

don't worry. your shows will still be there. take a moment, and do nothing. hard to do i know. but ya know, take your girlfriend and head down to jeju island and have a nice weekend. i'm sure after the car accident she wouldn't mind doing all the work during play time.
