pretty sure taeyang has the best speaking ability (singing, i think, will always be a toss up). after that i want to say seungri, but i haven't really heard them all speak enough japanese to really get a good idea. i just know taeyang talked a lot. and that gd and top basically suck.
From my 2 semesters of Japanese and many, many hours of anime/drama watching, Dae sounds pretty good to me!
I heard that Taeyang has been studying it the longest...other than that, idk about the members. My Heaven was hella awkward, though, so I'm guessing that they're not...all that good.
honestly, daesung's accent is thick. the 'tsu' syllable sounds like it's hard for him to pronounce (or at least, the way i hear it) but then again.. we won't really be able to tell much until he gets away from scripted things.
lol.. wow, they really take Japan lightly..-- this way BB are never gonna make it big there =DD YG should definitely overthink its strategy.. or even better: let them stay in Korea and there won't be any problems :D

I've read somewhere that June 1st is the date of Family Outing farewell episode for both Yejin and Chunhee. Dae won't be able to perform with the boys since that is the last episode ( farewell episode). :-/

Because of my filming schedule in Korea, I'm no longer going to be able to participate in the group's taping for Music Japan on June 1st. To all the people who will be participating in the taping and to everyone who's been looking forward to our performance: I'm really sorry. A program that I'm a regular on is having a shoot that I just can't get out of, so the other four members will go ahead with the taping for Music Japan without me. This will be our first performance since our major debut in Japan, so I was really looking forward to it, too, and I'm disappointed I won't be able to be there. But this won't be our last performance, so wait just a bit and I'll be back. In the meantime, please show your love and support for the other four members. Thank you!

for everyone saying daesung shouldn't be missing their first performance in japan... GET OVER IT!!! the reason for which he's missing it is much more important!!! don't get me wrong i love big bang and really want them to do well in japan cos they deserve too but he made the right choice. if it was just another normal episode of family outing then yeah he should miss it and do performance instead but it's not normal episode of family outing it's very special one!!! it's the last episodes ever for two members of the family - yejin and chunhee!!! it's their farewell episode!!! daesung still has a lot of opportunities to perform and promote my heaven but he only gets to farewell his friends and colleagues ,who he's become very close with after working with for a year, once and only once!!! i fully respect and support yg and daesungs decision!!! so please don't bag on him for missing their first performance!!! he's doing what is important and he thinks is right by properly farewelling two of his really close friends. daesung loves big bang and the other four members are family to him as well, he wouldn't not be there unless it was important and i'm pretty sure the other members support his decision so we should too!!! BIG BANG FIGHTING!!! FAMILY OUTING FIGHTING!!! DAESUNG OPPA FIGHTING!!! sorry for long comment and if i seem angry... i'm not angry at anyone just wanted to let you all know why he's doing it and that imo i think it's for a very good reason and that we should support daesungie not matter what :)
