DSP Media and Landmark hold press conference

DSP Media and the three Kara members' lawyer held a press conference about Kara's stance against DSP Media. DSP Media's point was the same as always: to work out differences so Seungyeon, Jiyoung, and Nicole can come back to Kara. The three girls' stand has softened considerably to returning as long as their conditions are satisfied.

There are many ways this could work out. The first choice is if Kara comes back to DSP, after DSP Media and Kara reach an agreement. However, the three members will have a hard time resuming normal activities with DSP Media, especially Nicole, as many are sure it is Nicole's mother behind the issue.

Another possibility is if DSP Media outsources to other management companies, but keeps Kara under their contract. This is quite possible, as DSP Media has done so before. However, as one of the three girls' points are that DSP Media is being unprofessional, they might face the same problems again.

outsourcing isn't a bad idea

but at this point dsp is really tied with the kara members in what they'd lose if the agreement isn't reached so staying with fixed terms isn't that bad of an idea

gosh can they stop blaming nicole and her mum?! so what if her mum initiated it? the press needs to stop speculating and also stop making it seem like they won't be able to work with nicole anymore even if it is her mum who voiced out these concerns and filed the lawsuit.

sucks that nicole's mom is being blamed for all of this like the other parents don't have minds of their own.

i could see why it would be awkward for girls resume their normal routine with DSP after all of this, but if they offer a good deal they should take it.

Because all of the other pareents have shown some kind of remorse and/or have actually looked at ways to come up with a solution, but nicoles mom is adamant about it

They should just really hold a meting and straighten things out asap. The official statements aren't helping. The media is sensationalizing this too much already and the original issue is being overshadowed.

I kinda feel bad for what will happen to Nicole's image after the lawsuit though. I know her mom is trying to take care of her but now such unnecessary hate is being thrown at them.

DSP totally will need a super PR team post-lawsuit drama.

I seriously don't like this whole blaming of nicole's mom thing. She's fighting for her daughter's rights. I'm sure she'll be fine with nicole returning to dsp should the terms be better and the company be more transparent. What's wrong with that?
