Jonghyun will not perform at SM Town Tokyo

This afternoon, it was updated in SHINee's Japanese official website that Jonghyun would not be performing for SM Town in Tokyo.



A message was left saying:
Thanks for many applications for SM Town Live in Tokyo. SHINee Jonghyun, who was planning to perform at the concert, cannot appear due to his leg injury. We are very sorry for the news but ask for your understanding. The other 4 members (Onew, Key, Minho, Taemin) will be starring in it.

It is indeed a regret that Jonghyun could not perform. But he is still recoving, i'm sure everyone can understand right?
Let's wish SM Town in Toyko a success!
SM Town Concert would be held on 25 & 26 January.

Shouldn't his injury have healed by now? It must be really bad, unless he's faking it. But he doesn't really have a reason to fake it, does he? And it's not like SM would let him. Tendon injuries suck. I damaged a tendon in my toe a couple of years back and it still hurts quite badly from time to time. My doctor told me that tendon injuries never fully heal, so.
