I should have worded this better. I meant Korean tv being conservative in terms of censorship. They ban things left and right like Defconn's King Wang Jjang and GTOP's songs but they don't ban an almost kissing game like this involving popular idols that could have started wank amongst the fans (as with every minor thing in kpop). It's just strange to me.
