The SNSD member Yoona, who is currently acting in MBC "Cinderella Man," is playing her role as an adult perfectly. She debuted as a singer and crossed over to such a diverse and emotional actress, catching the attentions of viewers.

She's acting alongside the hallyu star Kwon Sangwoo, and senior actor/actress Song Changui and Han Eunjung, showing a cute and lively, and sometimes serious personality. By acting all these emotions, she is showing her "green thumb" in acting to all the viewers.

Yoona is so good at acting as an adult woman that saying she's in "Ladies Generation" instead of "Girls Generation" would not be an exaggeration. It's hard to believe that her only acting experience is KBS daily drama "You Are My Destiny."

An affiliate of a broadcast didn't hold back on compliments, "If Cinderella Man's viewer ratings are good, she (Yoona) could become the best female star. She was originally a singer but in her first lead role in a mini-series, she shows potential of being a versatile actress, showcasing different acting roles. She's an amazing actress."

She plays the role in which her father suddenly passes away and forces her to return from her studying in Paris. While being a stall vendor, she's chosen as a designer for a domestic, leading fashion company. Although it's difficult, she energetically develops and paves her own path. After drinking a considerable amount of soju, Yoona cutely dances to Lee Hyori's "U-Go-Girl".

On the other hand, she shows solemn emotional acting, crying while holding her hospitalized mother at the hospital, touching the heartstrings of viewers. She easily coordinated melancholy-acting with sunbae actor, Kwon Sangwoo, and shows potential as a female actress, gaining lots of attention.

On the 20th in the drama, Song Changui and Kwon Sangwoo feel Yoona's "love and charm", creating a love triangle act and she showed her growth as a mature, adult actress.

There's Song Changui, who persistently wants love, and Kwon Sangwoo, who likes Yoona but deviates hopelessly. The anticipation for how Yoona will show herself is huge.

This past year, through the KBS daily drama 'You Are My Destiny', Yoona won the 'Best New Actress' award and has become the 'heroine' of the living room TV. Yoona's role is very important in 'Cinderella Man'

lol at the last line - she's only the lead actress. I think there's a lot of hype on her acting - from others who are perhaps 24 or older, do you think she's convincing as an agassi? Praise from that affiliate is pretty high, but we've seen how the media and its representatives exaggerate. Now I've got to catch up on this drama.

I haven't seen much of her acting cause i'm in the US, only a few clips on youtube, but I think she's pretty damn good.

I wish she'd put singing as her first priority though :/ I'd kill for her to do a solo song on the radio show like most of the other girls have, her voice is adorable.

I think it's impressive she does so much performances she does, considering it could be easy to pull a KiBum and not sing at all. Her voice is adorable, and I'm a huge fan, but singing is her weakest point and she's incredibly shakey. I understand why she never does any solo songs on radio - she'd probably have a hard time. Especially without eight others to back her up a little. Even with all her vocal training before she started doing dramas, her voice was just very weak.

i'm watching it right now. xD even though i'm 22, i act like a teenager, so it's hard for me to tell when people are acting appropriately to their age. but she seems to be pretty good, though i wouldn't say she's this year's best actress lol

About the article itself I call big fat bullpoopie, my friends!
Is Yoona doing a decent job in the drama? Yes.
If given a role more suitable to her age, with a better scriptwriter, a co-star that isn't loosing his touch, and some rest, could she actually be good? Hell yes!

But: "An affiliate of a broadcast didn't hold back on compliments, "If Cinderella Man's viewer ratings are good, she (Yoona) could become the best female star" is bullpoopie! Ah Korean reporters -_-. How about hum lol NO?

I am worried that korean dramas are going really going to end up in a situation even worst than the Japanese dramas. Yes they should adopt Japan's way of shooting dramas, but not their casting methods (sorry Top, Jaejoong, Sunbae, Taemin, Yoona and all those I am forgetting).
I hope korean producers are going to bring back the awesome dramas that made the halluy wave, meaning awesome writting, awesome acting skills, awesome directing, screen writing, awesome OST ( ALMOST PARADISE~~~~).

Bring back War of money (Park Jin Hee you fuckers!), On air, Legend, Time of Dog and Wolf etc T_T !!!

lol yeah >> i don't really take many dramas seriously anymore - they're just idol magnets and just because someone is attractive does not make them a good actor. unless you're lee junki and then you're just blessed all around

I've seen Chinderella Man, and neither her nor the series really impresses me. Pretty mediocre plot and characters, and the pedotastic qualities I just can't ignore (old man and young girl, can you say ew?). Then again, I'm still coming off of my Cain and Abel high, so everyone pales in comparison to Han Jimin and So Jisub right now. I'm not big on little girl actresses either; and if they have to be younger than me, I'll stick to Go Ara.
