2NE1 has been the first girl group that i am really liking since i came into k pop. i even purchased their music from iTunes - which is kinda big deal for me. i'm diggin it and see how they can really translate well into the western music market. which is surprising since most girl groups bore me. (SNSD is okay but i can only take so much of them).
i felt like i was the only one. i tried to listen to SNSD once upon a time, but i just couldnt get too much into them. probably bcuz half the time 2ne1 acts like tomboys lol.
that probably came out different from what i expected xD
i have nothing against SNSD, i like rdr, gee, genie and such....but 2NE1 seems to have songs that are less poppy (still poppy) and more edgy. ya know? i can really listen and groove to it.
i think i've only seen one mv and one performance of 2NE1 and no shows. so for me this is all about the music right now with them.
Haha, same, except they're the only kpop group I love and enough for me to buy their a physical copy of their album. I like other groups too.. but not really for the music and I don't even like all the members. I usually just like 1 or 2 members from other groups.
I hope nobody gets offended as I love ALL of the members of 2NE1 but CL looked so cool at the last second with the song. I call it their gangsta' look but I don't really mean it in a bad way. I really like this look on them. :)
