omg more plagiarism?

Okay, it's time for me to start my own plagiarism controversy -- I posted IU's Boo on Twitter earlier and one of my friends pointed out that it sounds just like an old Debbie Gibson song called Only In My Dreams.

I was skeptical, but whoa. If you listen to the original with singing it's meh, but OMG I found a karaoke version on youtube, and you can sing Boo to it and it sounds completely natural, it's like the exact same song. Check it out.

I wouldn't even think of posting this if they didn't sound soooo similar. They even have the same oh-oh-oh ah-ahs at the beginning. 0:17 in Boo, 0:20 in OIMD. WTF?

that's it .... strip and it's it. I'm sure they got the rights from whoever owns it (label). This would be to hard to hide or argue (vanilla ice style) that it's not the same.

honestly i think the only reason i can do that is because it's not in english so i can listen to each song a good 100 times before i get tired of it. with an english song after about 5 listens i have the entire song memorized, and the most enjoyment i can get out of it is about 20 plays before i want to rip my brain out.
