I The Tri Top's silent comeback

‘I the Tri tops’ was originally a 3 member boy band that debuted in 2007 with their 1st album ‘Green Frog’. The group didn’t get much of a spotlight in the music scene and simply disappeared like the morning fog.

However, this past May 12th, ‘I the Tri tops’ made a quiet comeback as a duo with their new digital single, ‘To my girlfriend’. Bahn Hyung-moon, the leader of the group, composed and wrote the lyrics for their new single which is a medium tempo ballad. Surprisingly, the duo doesn’t sound too shabby and their voices actually compliment each other. And it’s nice to see a cute little boy band stray from all the electronically enhanced pop music. The duo will have their first comeback stage on ‘KBS-Music Bank’ May 22nd. Just a little eyecandy for any ‘I the Tri tops’ Jang Yoo-joon fans lingering on POPSEOUL!. The pretty boy recently had a small part in the drama ‘My precious you’ as an aspiring singer and sang a short verse from Kim Hyun-chul’s ‘Because i’m a fool’. The cutie actually did a very good job adding his own color to the song.

Annnd some more info. They're releasing a single now and another one in June because they don't have enough money to make a whole album. No news if they're making a MV, but their comeback stage is on the 22th at Music Bank. Ilgoon is not participating this time, but he's not officially out of the group.

I had a heart attack when I heard they were making a comeback without Ilgoon. Ilgoon is my favorite, glad to know he's not officially out of the group. He's probably still in New York then...

lol forever at that ~recording session~

at the begining when they're recording, they're not even recording - they're just playing back. they don't even have a track made for his vocal rofl. and the second time when they're ~recording~ there is no way what's playing is what he's recording, there's only 2 tracks and neither of the waveforms look like any of the instruments that are playing.

and don't even get me started on how buddy there broke THE CARDINAL RULE OF RECORDING. you never, ever, ever, EVER walk in on someone else's session, you knock and are invited in. and because he walked in, that take would have been unuseable. obvi someone needs a lesson in studio ettiqute.

this must be what it's like to be a doctor and watch medical shows, always loling at the mistakes people who aren't in the medical field wouldn't know.
