Kim Hyun Joong’s official website hacked

The official website of SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong has been hacked even before it officially opened.  His entertainment company says that the website, planned to launch mid-September, was in the middle of “testing, getting the authorization for the url, and updating in general.  Somehow overseas fans got a hold of this information, and decided to spread the website contents.” All the videos and extra tidbits of Kim Hyun Joong have been posted on sites such as Youtube.

Much of his popularity with overseas fans is attributed to his major role in Boys Over Flowers, in which he played one of the infamous F4 members.  His generous management company added that there would be no investigation of the hacking as it was simply a problem on their end.  They stated, “It simply means that overseas fans are that interested.”

Fans can visit the official Kim Hyun Joong website next week.

The term "hacking" just means that someone modifies something to get access to information that they aren't meant to have. In this case, information that wasn't yet meant to be available to the public (the article says the website wasn't officially opened yet) was taken. That's really all hacking is... Lol, if they knew how it got hacked, they'd probably have an easier time finding out exactly who did it:)

I doubt it was hacked. I've been on websites of celebs before and they link one thing and are too dumb to realize you can get to EVERYTHING through that one link if you change a number in the URL or something like that.

But that's a good attitude to have, I guess. After those ratings they are probably happy people give a fuck.

Instead of hacking sounds like web master was just stupid while setting up folder permissions and all that people had to do was go to media folder. chmod appropriately your image/video folders peeps!
