That seems like it - they have the Morning-Musume-graduation thing going on, but (at this point) nobody has graduated yet. Maybe after Kahi has had her solo thing and it turns out to be a huge succes (wich I hope/forsee it to be, same with the Jungah/Jooyeon/Bekah group), she'll graduate from the group, but that is just my prediction :P

I love After School and if adding members is their gig, then so be it. But PLS give more exposure to the existing members (esp Bekah, girl has been in the team since forever!!). I wasn't too keen when they kept adding members but Bang! was well thought-out and executed, so I hope a 9th member would actually contribute to their future ideas/concept and wasn't just a useless addition.
