putting the lyrics w/ the mv together, i think the song is about how he can't let go of this girl, even if their love is long dead. he kind of makes her into this zombie-undead thing and wants to cling to that memory, even though it's killing/hurting him (bleeding for her), and she knows it, so she cuts off all the ties for him
the vampire imagery is actually quite clever if you see it that way :^D even if it is another case of korean songs glorifying creeper stalker dude exes blech

Before I saw the bite marks I thought the concept might be that he only moves during the day, while she can only move at night. I got my hopes up with my imagination.
