NEWSFLASH PEOPLE, the bulge in your nose is not MADE OF FAT, it's made of cartilage. So you may lose as much weight as you want your nose won't go away with the fat.

I'll tell you something about me:
When I was in the US as an exchange student I gained 20 fucking kilos in one year -_-. My face puffed up so much I looked like the mother of all dumplings. My nose, my eyes and my lips kind of disppeared in all that fat. I came back home and melted in two months. My features were back to normal and my face was well balanced. Now this year I am graduating from uni and I was really sick so I lost a ton of weight. Well let me tell you that I never had such a BIG nose -_-. My face became so emaciated that the only thingyou can see is my fricking nose.
But since I have no medical training whatsoever I won't swear on my life that she went under the knife or that anyone who loose weight gets sharper features.
Sorry for the long post.
