Ngl, I kinda teared up again when the Strong Heart cut of HeeTeuk showed up. Try imagining Chul as leader. Where Teuk makes others cry with his own tears, Chul will make them all cry with his sharp tongue. SuJu would be DOOMED. XD

oh lord, heechul as leader would be something. I definitely feel bad for leaders at times because if something happens, they get a lot of the blame. Even though he annoys me, I think Leetuek is a good leader, although to me the best leaders will always be eric and yunho. I've heard of the things eric has done for his group, and objectively speaking i think he's one of the best, if no the best.

I think it's difficult for Victoria to be taken seriously because of her poor (but improving) Korean. She said so herself, and I'm inclined to agree. But the other members always talk about how much she takes care of them.

Taeyeon wasn't even an option the voting board. Girls were Jea, Gahee, Jihyun, CL, Gyuri, Sunye, and Victoria.

I found it odd how Taeyeon and SNSD in general weren't included while the other 3 SM groups were. Lol, maybe this program actually took Taeyeon's previous leader "resignation" talk seriously?

all idol group leaders should be invited into one show where they can like all be friends and relate to each others hardships. like how Leeteuk said to Sunye on Come To Play "a leader understands a leader" aww. which is why although i don't closely follow SJ and i'm not a big SM fan, my vote will always go to Leeteuk-sshi^^ 12+2 boys plus all these other dongsaengs in the company, i don't know how he does not crumble under all that pressure and responsibility...

Do you mean by kind of insinuating that he was maybe lacking in some of those qualities that they mentioned?
..Probably not. I think Shinee is a group that has Onew as a leader just because SM made it so, but maybe they're more like Miss A(leader-less groups), who all compromise and don't really worry too much about the position of leader.
Just ma opinion tho' ^^;
