All I know is that it's the name for the skincare brand. Their catchphrase thing is "The Saem of wise beauty" so I would think it's a noun? Sort of...?

The only two times I've ever seen "Saem"/"Ssaem" in use was in dramas in reference to a teacher, short for seonsaengnim, but I don't know if that's the case here. "The teacher of wise beauty" would make sense, though, at least meaningwise, if not contextwise.
