On the July 28th episode of MBC Every1's 'Idol Maid', Shin BongSun made food for BEAST, who had starved since breakfast. Taking in the members' suggestions, she made kimchi jjigae, and the anticipation for the dish grew larger and larger as it neared completion.
However, the BEAST members' expectations fell short. Even Shin BongSun, who was the cook, took one sip and confessed, "This cannot be eaten". She continued to the members, "Don't drink the soup and just eat the kimchi. It's salty", warning them beforehand.
With the exclusion of Jang HyunSeung, who has a strange taste, the rest of the members expressed the taste of the kimchi jjigae with their entire body. Yang YoSeob, who said that "it smells good", convulsed after eating the kimchi jjigae and made everyone laugh. Finally, the magnae Son DongWoon put water in his rice, and the members followed suit. Yoon DooJoon, while putting water in his rice, complained, "This is the first time I've had to put water in my rice since middle school".
On this episode, the BEAST members laundered their bedsheets with Shin BongSun, revealing the shocking fact that their blankets had not been washed for 9 months.
