The Southern Hwasung Police Station, who is in charge of this case, as stated, "We have not yet been able to check the CCTV footage to see if assault really took place."

When fans of Micky Yoochun saw this post, they questioned the credibility of the account as it was posted on 'Nate Pann', a site where there is no need to certify one's name and identity, and set out to find the truth behind the assault case. He got mad, because he was being sworn at by a high school student much younger than him, and lightly pushed her on the shoulder as he said 'Don't use such vulgar language." And now she's saying that he slapped her." He also added that, "From checking the footage, it has been revealed that there was no slapping involved in the incident."

The Hwasung Police officials stated that, "We have called in the people in question and finished our investigation with them," and "We are currently gathering information to figure out the exact details of the situation."

If you wanted to protect your sister's identity/reputation by suggesting the CCTV footage *not* be shared, maybe you should have thought twice about going online and posting a big thing about your sister? Regarding wanting to protect her identity, they can blur her face on CCTV and still show events, I think. And if you just wanted the manager's bad attitude to be known, I'm pretty sure any police charges would quickly hit the press anyways...

Just sayin - if you're telling the truth, aside from the obvious concerns about not wanting your identity known, there really shouldn't be a probablem with revealing the video footage.

I wouldn't be surprised if the fan went a bit overboard and the manager crossed a line. We all know Korean fans can be an extra level of crazy at times but if she wasn't wielding some kind of weapon or making to hurt him, the manager definitely had no right to use any kind of force on her.

I think the best thing for both sides would be to just release whatever footage they have. Blur the girl's face if they have to but if you have evidence, you use it before things get blown overboard.
