Recently, Choi Eun Jung appeared on a tvN’s Baek Ji Yeon’s End Debate Season 2, and while the guests on the show were exchanging their thoughts about ‘the surprise at the 10~19 age group idols’ sexy code’, Choi Eun Jung shockingly expressed,

“10~19 are the perfect ages to reveal a lot of skin.”

This was after she had said before,

“Women who are getting on in age and wear bikinis are disgusting.”

Having been a Korea Gravia model when she was in high school, Choi Eun Jung defended this debate topic by stating,

“Since the sexy concept is the trend, the young idols are carrying it out. Is it really necessary to look at all of this from a negative perspective?”



Her opinion shocked a lot of netizens, as well as Defconn (a rapper) himself as he expressed:

“10~19 years is the prettiest age to reveal a lot of skin? Ha. That’s —talk right there. Is it proper to talk like this while news about criminals sexually abusing elementary schoolers is constantly showing up?”

“I was wondering why female students don’t understand each other emotionally, that’s why I wrote this”

As for Korea being a conservative country, this societal issue of teens wearing lesser clothes and showing more skin is equivalent to stepping out of the box. There will always be mixed perspectives on this.

To be honest, I think 16+ is when you can show a LITTLE skin, like some legs in shorts/skirts. But if she's talking about going all out and wearing extremely slutty clothes as soon as you're 10 years old jfc woman no. There's a difference between stage clothes and normal clothes.
