Even SNSD Can’t Save MBC Sunday Nights

All the girls from SNSD and Shin Dong Yup were brought on board to try and save the tanking MBC Sunday Sunday Night shows, which are getting low ratings and are seen as a total humiliations by the media.

Sunday Sunday Night's first part has new shows called "Quiz Prince" and "Horror Movie Factory," and the second part is the show familiar We Got Married. The first scored 3.3% and WGM's ratings were 6.8%, an all time low for the once popular show according to TNS Media Korea on May 3rd.

SNSD pranked Taeyeon on Horror Movie Factory on hidden camera. Members Sunny, Yoona, Jessica, Soo Young, Hyo Yun, Yuri, Tiffany, and Seo Hyun took Taeyeon into a haunted house to build up Taeyeon's tolerance for fear. Each episode will feature an acting coach and unique techniques to learn acting skills. The winner of the horror queen contest will get to star in a new horror flick. WGM's Kim Shin Young, Cho Hye Lyun, and Yoo Se Yoon will be the MCs on the show to add a little comedy relief to the scary show.

The same players from previous shows Golden Fish and Myung Nang Hero were used in Quiz Prince with Shin Dong Yup as the host.

MBC seems to be having some trouble as talk show 'DaeMang' was canceled after only four episodes because viewership remained at single digit ratings.

Personnal rant:
Guys, The reason why I joined this wonderful community was that I could access info on the kpop/jpop world without having to deal with ALLKPOP retardness, failness, baisness and pedoness.
So may I ask for some way of warning a fellow community member? It would be good to make it clear that the article is coming from Allkpop and I would adore you if the name of the author could be included.

GHAAAA I am tired of the omnipresence of SNSD, they are like on every show. Couldnt' father LSm let them attend school (poor yoona) or make them train more -boy do they need it- and work on their comeback instead of making fool of themeselves?

this is why I have been taking out allkpop's personal opinion. Because it irritates myself and the members. So with my articles don't worry about the crap because I take it all out XD so you only get the news.

Probably because like me they will take any day sucky WGM over the dumb concept of "Horror Movie Factory".
I think the concept blows very bad! And only fans of the girls -in-their-tv-entertainer-cap could really enjoy it.

Admit the first episode was boring and not so lively (aside from the weird female-faced dude on that show...) but give it a chance. Second episode looks very interesting. I'm looking forward to that.

And the girls are there to help the ratings go up, but if they don't make the show entertaining, then it might as well be an effort gone to waste.

I'd rather they stop flogging the dead horse that is WGM. :| HMF looks pretty cool in terms of entertainment value - the preview for Episode 2 looks pretty epic.
