Well it seems that, from the pictures, how she knelt down to pick up the length of her dress caused the strap to fall. Her upper body is tilted to the right and her back is more horizontal than it is vertical. I mean, if she kept a good upper body posture, it probably wouldn't have fallen. But then again, like I said, that dress allows for lots of unintentional movement, but her stylist most likely picked it so she has to wear it anyway.
