I figured it out...it was reminding me at bit of Siwon's track from the Oh! My Lady OST but I think it's just the similar lyrics and ballad style. It doesn't really sound that familiar after all.

I thought Amber was being featured in the MV at first lol. But yeah, the song is ok. It sounds like a generic Korean ballad though.
