Korean newspapers are reporting that pop megastar Rain and classic hallyu actress Jeon Ji Hyun have  been dating since last October.  The paparazzi have been staking out Jeon Ji Hyun's apartment complex in Samsung-dong, located three minutes away from Rain's home, and are claiming that Rain has been visiting her for months, often wearing complete motorcycle gear so that he would be unnoticed.  The apartment complex, called iPark Apartments, is the most expensive in Korea and is inaccessible to visitors, but the apartment security has confirmed that Rain has obtained an access card and has been able to enter the complex for months.  Sources confirm that the night before Rain attended the MTV Movie Awards, where he won the award for the Biggest Badass Star, he stayed at iPark Apartments.

Additionally, keen-eyed observers have noted that Rain and Jeon Ji Hyun have been sporting matching "couple's jewelry" from Cartier (which comes in a set as a man's ring and a woman's bracelet).

A few days ago, it was reported that Jeon Ji Hyun had turned down the opportunity to star in the upcoming drama "Runaway" with Rain.

  

Both Rain and Jeon Ji Hyun have refused to comment on their personal matters.  A source close to Rain has said that, "Ji Hoon (Rain) has a very cautious personality. He is very sensitive to scandals. He almost always has his dates at his home."
