Basically Hyunjin was accused of verbally abusing someone in school, apparently he went always for women and seemed to be fatphobic. Even a fan complained he acted differently with her compared to other girls for being bigger. Then there’s Han with racist lyrics from the past. And other things too, they’re just messy. I don’t know them as well as others though cause these things happened when I was sort of getting into them and then I backed out.

I love it! The ~sexy wind instrument~ bit before the chorus is my favorite part musically and the chorus is so catchy. I only wish they had made the MV the same level of DRAMATIC!!1! as the trailer they did bc that would have been cool.
Freeze is my fav b-side on first listen (as I expected from its teaser).
Awaiting the day they inevitably drop a mv for "Waiting For Us" that is specifically designed to make us cry. It's coming. I know it.
i love freeze!! and same, i was hoping that it'd be a bit more like the trailer. it had such a mysterious vibe! very alice in wonderland meets inception lol
maniac is a banger!! the chorus especially goes sooo hard, bless felix's deep vocals. the music video is cute and fun too. <3
the song teasers had me excited and tbh they exceeded my expectations! i loooove the beats in venom, maniac, charmer, and freeze - those four in a row slap. oddinary still has that ~noisy~ sound that everyone here hates but i love and that makes stray kids who they are, but with a different spin on it. love that maniac is the TT as opposed to something harder like god's menu and thunderous (both of which i love, but i'm glad we get something a lil different this time). i like the other three well enough too! very excited for this comeback and promo season. hopefully changbin recovers from covid quickly and no one else tests positive so they get to perform soon~
I was expecting vampire/monster aesthetic and didnt get it, so thats the only con for me hahahha Everything else is great, the song is catchy and not as messy loud as some of their titles, and the MV is a blast to watch. Really nice effects and transitions.
