HOLY CRAP. Jennie's in something other than Chanel!!!!!
My Thoughts: - No to those nails. They freak me out! - I dislike the shots of her in pigtail braids. They look too childish for such a low key sexual shoot. (I dislike the one of her sitting, knees together, leaning toward the camera with the braids. giving me a little creep factor) - I love her hair up photos! She is giving me KARA's Hara alien vibes and I love it
she is so gorgeous. the pink cover photo is my favorite, i made it my phone bg lmao. i know everyone here hates blackpink but i love jennie so much, i find her so magnetic. i totally get why she's an it girl.
I hate the idea of Blackpink (the lack of effort from the company yet mega success; putting out mediocre and it being hailed as absolute gold; also, the stans make it hard to like the group). but not the girls themselves. I find them all relatively sweet and nice and can see that they each have a stage character they play that is different from their real personas (though I think Jisoo is Jisoo 100% which is why I find her the most boring out of the group)
She really is the it girl. I kind of get similar it girl vibes from Jang Won Young, but I think the issue with her is that they try to make her look older than she is and sometimes she looks too dolled up and it looks odd because she has a (real) baby face since she is only 17
she is sooo pretty and photographs well but some of these pictures make me a little bit uncomfortable. i reeeeeaally loooovet the blue puffer jacket and the double denim look though!
The editing stands out way too much in these shots, like i can kinda see the aesthetic they were going for but it just looks too edited. Some of these remind me of those instagrams were they try to edit her face onto other ppls bodies I do like her wearing something other than chanel tho. I wish she'd do more creative colorful photoshoots tho, i think she really pulls them off
