This album is unfortunately not catching my attention too much. I've been listening to the instrumentals the most LOL! Swipe is a cute b-side though, the video is fun too.
See, THIS is the Itzy I want/expect. Their musical voice/narrative on the titles seems to have switched a bit? Because before I feel like Loco would be 'You'll be so in love with me you go loco' vs 'Hey boy, you make me loco'. The first 3 singles were all about an exuberant sense of self and 'not shy' furthered the idea of being in the drivers' seat of their lives and I missed that fiery spirit so this feels more like those girls again.
Meh. I’m not feeling this either. Also it suffers from my issue with Not Shy is starting with a kind of nauseating rap makes me not want to listen further.
They really missed the mark for me with this whole comeback, but like I said I do have some bias since the JYPE and Lia situation. But even if it wasn’t, I don’t see myself being into this.
The swipe move is cute but I am starting to notice how tiktok is starting to impact kpop choreography negatively

I think I’ll continue to do the same. my friends self esteem became worse than when we’re teenagers and I’m blaming a certain looks obsessed side of tik tok 😔
Oh I hope your friend is doing better. I’m fine with being the grumpy grandpa who doesn’t understand technology lol. Until they block us from viewing it outside the app let’s rejoice in being behind on the times together lol
i wish they used those tiktok transitions more creatively, it takes all the cues but has none of the "wow" factor. this just comes across as a badly edited MV and makes everything look cheap and poorly thought out.
I like the tiktok concept, but they could've gone all the way and filmed it in portrait. iirc KARD filmed a couple special mvs in portrait when they were partnering with lg and it was so neat!!
The video is cute and the cuts aren’t headache inducing so good on them. It’s sad that they peaked with Wannabe, and they’re not doing confident girls songs for their titles?
don't really care for the song nor the boring choreo. can't wait for the tiktok trend to die so we can go back to interesting choreo instead of this boring crap just so the trend goes viral or whatever
