I could never quite get into Sistar but this is lovely, I'm really glad that Dasom has so many lines (and I like to think it's because they're a bit more independent that they were able to push for a more equal distribution). The song really suits both of their voices, though a lot of that goes to Hyolyn's versatility and ability to change her tone to suit different songs.
The M/V is cute as fuck, going to be putting that on my list of videos to watch when I'm down.
This has the sound I associate with a K pop summer. Even at their worst they still the queens of summer. It’s like they put on restraints of what a Sistar track could be, but it still came out fun. Like you could hear it about to go full I Swear and them BAM! A fucking tik tok dance.
The tiktok generation done got my faves. You’re 31 Hyolyn! And then the final chorus happens and I get what I wanted. Hyolyn sounds like Hyolyn and Dasom sounds good. I know that these two have become a bit of a meme because of that one Touch My Body performance, so it is nice they get together. A shame we not getting a full scale promotion because I want to see multiple performances.
I don’t care I love it on first listen! I’ll have to check out who produced it because parts of this definitely has that classic Sistar sound which made me so excited :))) The MV is gorgeous and is exactly what I want from a summer MV! Even though I don’t care about summer anymore — bring on the fall! — this is great and I’ll be playing this quite often.
I’m really glad Dasom sang a good portion of this and it’s not a repeat of Sistar 19. I think she did take some vocal lessons since watching old performances she isn’t the best, though she did show improvement towards the end. I think she’s come a long way since their debut days.
This just showed to me that they still are the summer queens. Sorry Brave Girls! While their song I found rather bland and definitely a weaker turnout from what Brave Brothers usually delivers, this Sistar sub unit gave me what I wanted and more.
omg, I LOVE THIS!!! It's SO cute and fun, clearly them having a good time and it sounds like a good time. I'm also glad the line distribution was so equal. Truly the ONLY thing that could've made this even better is if Soyou and Bora were also there
Omg I love this? It's not the best song ever, I don't care much for the (short at least) rap and "I like like you" post chorus that seems made with tiktok in mind, but it's chill and fun, it's catchy, and I love the sax showing up for the last chorus (Sistar nostalgia right there ;__;). They look and sound like they're having a ton of fun as well. And it's a proper collab? With many lines for Dasom?? And she sounds really good??? The song obviously fit her tone but omg what could have been if given more challenges/opportunities during her Sistar days. The weather is awful where I'm right now but if it clears up tomorrow as announced... I think Summer or Summer will get more than a few replays from me!
Don't mind me I'll just be over here crying ;__; I love them so much. It isn't quite the full blown summer jam that Sistar would have given us back in the day but I love it. Its very summery and fun. The true queens of summer <3
I love it, Dasom sounds lovely and has my fave part in the song (the 365 line sounds so suited for her). It’s kind of a nice accompaniment to Alcohol Free and I liked the chill but catchy vibes of this song
Yay for the classic Sistars sound! First up, the MV is super cute and they are clearly having a lot of fun, secondly, I was worried it would get boring, but they do enough changes that it doesn't stay flat and they got the classic soaring vocals thing, it is a great lil summer song. I can't say how well this will stick with me, but I can see it being a grower

the song is a watered down version of sistar BUT I DON'T CARE!! the mv is cute and they both look happy and it's crazy seeing how far dasom has come! i am fully convinced that not being under starship gives them the ability to decide their own line distribution - the songs hyorin wrote for the group were always the fairest in terms of line and even gave bora a nice rap part to work with. (also i remember that period of time when soyou was off ill and dasom was the one that covered a lot of her parts. dasom!!)
the only way it could be improved would be to add soyou and bora but i saw soyou posting about it on instagram so i'm gonna keep hoping that we'll get a full sistar reunion at some point

I'm still shuddering at the jeans in the salty/sandy water. Ugh. Also, Hyolyn's fake blunt bangs in the beret are NOT the look. They look like they are having fun though so that's nice. good they are still close. I wish this was with Bora instead though I will admit. But then we would have had a random rap so maybe not.
