Tbh, I think it might be something that he himself decided to do. Maybe it's something he's carried over from being an idol, and he can't let go of it. He only worked out for a few months, and I can't imagine he gained too much muscle. Also, I can't really see Jay Park telling his artists to diet.
I'm wondering if he's doing "cutting"? like for working out they have this bulking and cutting phase if I'm not wrong, so he with the chicken breast, sweet potato he might be in the phase to achieve the best workout results?
