Legit question - does general Japan give even a little care about them (excluding those wild fans who would buy anything they put out)?

I feel like the groups that were successful in Japan (TVXQ, Kara, and Twice come to mind) always put out Japanese originals. Not this pathetic rehash of Korean singles.

they do well in terms of ticket sales for shows but imo I think YGE puts focus on other markets and japan is kind of a fall back if needed when other territories lose interest.
