ok listening to the album 'after midnight' falls solidly into 'fun summer song' category! i'm sure i'll replay it more than 'one'. footprint is my favorite song off the album — other songs i liked were my zone and don't worry.
footprint is so good!! unlike most kpop songs that use vocal distortion it's actually been used properly and not super overused throughout. waterfall is also super cute, it feels very vintage astro but a bit retro too. and sunset sky is so pretty as well, omg i love this album, and don't worry is good too i love them delivering me a no skip album after the disappointment of the last title, although the bsides were good there too lol.
my zone is good, not the style of song i always want astro doing but this is what one should have been like if they were wanting to veer into the territory of what other bg's are doing right now but more chic and less generic/noisy.
