i'm about to go to bed bc i have an appointment w/ the new doctor in a few hours 😳

i had an appointment with my gastroenterologist on tuesday; i would've missed it had they not called and reminded me the day before. i knew i had one coming up but i couldn't remember the exact date, lol. he was really glad that i got my vaccinations, so somehow i get the feeling i'm the only one of his patients that actually did 🥴 i'm supposed to schedule a scope in september. fwiw i feel fine in that department! i'm more doing it as a precaution since IBD increases the risk of cancer, and i'd rather know about that kind of thing sooner rather than later.

my dog's diabetes is still not under control 😭 she went for 3 days without eating a single thing...... which means no insulin. it's not like she had no appetite or anything!! she just really hates the specialty dog food 🤡 we've finally just decided to mix chicken or fish into her food. i'm aware it's probably not the ~best~ thing for her, but i'd rather see her enjoy her food instead of not eating at all :(

i tweeted about seungri last week after reading news about kris wu. i said that knowing how seungri still have fans even after what happened, i'm not surprised that many is still defending and cleaning search for kris wu. not long after that, seungri's fans came in my mention that my notifs blowed up. they were ANGRY that i said that and told me to 'prove that he's not innocent'. one of them even went so far as to DM me and said 'please educate yourself so your bias would be proud of you' and i'm like why bringing my bias into this??? i muted that tweet cause i don't wanna respond nor read them. am i wrong, did he ever proven not guilty? this totally proven my point, no matter how low life these male celebs are, there are still ppl who supports them sigh.

Lol once i called Seungri a rapist on Twitter and I had to go to private because his Stans were ratio-ing me and reporting me , Kris fans are still in denial and are doing the most to prove his Innocence, I think his people paid Variety because they made a completely fake and biased report of what happened, saying that DM embellished things to be more famous , he sadly will still have fans , but I've also seen people saying they liked him but realized he was a pos so don't support him anymore

Hello everyone! Back from my too-short holidays already.
It all went really well, relaxing time (the house had a swimming pool!!! you bet I used it lol), nice restaurents, sunny weather (except for one day but fresher temps were welcome!), I had a great time. And it was nice cutting off from work all-together!
My brother took care of kitty cat while I was away, he visited even more than I expected but she's still a little needy at the moment, she needs her reassurance that she's not alone Y_Y making me feel guilty for taking holidays...

I checked Omona though I didn't comment, so I didn't miss the Kris news and... I regretted checking on news while on holidays. What a piece of shit. Not sure if anything will happen regarding legal system unless some hard proof comes out but I really, really hope he gets thrown out of the Chinese entertainement industry from the giant amount of sketchy DMs and the strategy to specifically look out for very young women ew. China can make international superstars disappear for not paying taxes, can they do the same to an (alleged) abuser for once????
The women who all came forward are so strong! I really hope they have a good support system around them because if Seungri's case ever told us anything, is that these pieces of shit keeps insane fans willing to harrass others.

There didn't seem to be many music while I was gone? I guess companies are avoiding releasing anything closely before/during the olympics.

Does anyone wants to geek out about Genshin with me? They released their 2.0 update with a whole new era and omg it's amazing. I'm taking things slow because I was the exploration feeling to last as long as possible, but this update is absolutely INSANE for a game that is available for free, there's so much stuff to do it's almost overwhelming. Great work on the soundtrack too

Also for OP's question, if we're talking random variety talents, I used to iminate donkeys REALLY WELL but I lost this talent (out of lack of practice and exposure to donkeys I guess), I'm still sad about it. I think about trying to practice it again when I'm alone until I get it again, but my cat is probably going to judge me HARD (... doesn't she already judge me though).

Otherwise, do they need an idol who has redacting abilities and can build excel sheets?

i went on a brief hiking trip with my parents yesterday and my legs are still sore.. it was fun being away with them and spending most of our time outside (the weather was great!) but also happy to be at home by myself again :)

a question for you: what kind of role do you take up in friend groups? i'm usually the mom friend i've noticed and i got pretty tired of it this week in a small, close friend group from high school where i ended up organizing a belated birthday for a close friend whose birthday took place during lockdown. my other friends were so slow in responding and weren't coming up with any ideas, and once i'd organized everything they were suddenly like: maybe this is not something she would enjoy, suggesting we should do something else without proposing anything themselves. ughhhh

with regards to talent: i do not have any special talent good enough to be signed in but i am pretty good at predicting movie plots, especially if they're really outrageous or if it's a crime tv-show/movie.

People that dislike Apple Music, why?? I love Apple Music so much! The fact that I have easy integration with my own iTunes library and the fact that the infinite loop and the mixes introduce me to new music related to what I was listening to versus Spotify’s radio playlist and infinite loop playing the same exact songs in my library plus one or two new ones. I like Spotify’s ui more but I love Apple Music.

I’ve decided that i will never work for a small team ever again. My new question at interviews will be how large is the team I’m working with. I hate my job and I should have seen the red flags when not only did my coworkers quit but I was offered a promotion to stay. I was blinded by the money and now I’m stuck until April because I can’t imagine starting a new job and telling them I need three weeks off to go on a pre-planned trip.

I think in recent years I've started to prefer the "variety" the groups themselves do for vlive or youtube, though I realize this probably depends heavily on what company the groups belongs to, but when done well, it's done by a team that knows the people so the results are less cringe.

Other than that probably New Journey to the West and its spinoffs are my favorites, it's the only time I can tolerate KHD!

hi omona! lately i've been trying to get back into kpop and jpop. i've been into it for the past half year but i've felt disconnected and distant from it at the same time, so i've been listening to more of the music and watching more mvs. there's a couple groups i want to stan so maybe i'll try learning more about them. i also want to try getting into boy groups? idk i've never been able to as much as i've tried, but i'm kind of interested in stray kids, nct dream, and txt, so maybe i'll try there and see where it takes me.

when summer break started i thought without the pressure of school i'd start feeling less dead and out of it, but i feel like those feelings have just worsened over the past month. i keep sleeping all the time and i'm bored and tired with everything lol. hopefully i'll feel better sometime soon

I dropped my (work, which is also the private) phone face down this week and it was fine except that the already cracked and banged up screen protector made parts of the screen unreadable and I couldn't take it anymore so I ripped the thing off. Problem is, I'm obligated to use a screen protector as long as work pays for me to use it privately as well (probably insurance reasons) so I got a new one and I have to put it on today, but I'm nervous because I just know there will be air bubbles or dust specs lol. The previous one was cracked multiple times over but no dust!!!! Ahhhh. Wish me luck.

Hi everyone!!! How's everyone doing?? I'm super excited cause in a week I'm getting my second dose of the vaccine and I'm going on vacation!!! Gimme the pool, gimme the cocktails, gimme the sun and give me the tan! (always wear Fps people!)

Also, just had my college results and I kinda went full teacher's pet for a moment there. I'm probably the oldest in my class (there's a lot of kids who just got out of the womb, I'm almost 30) and I had the best grades, but I think when you have a certain maturity and are way more focused and know exactly what you want, studying becomes less of a challenge and chore. Either that or I just really enjoy studying.

dude accepted it normally, no bad reaction, but then he said he would save my pictures on his phone, especially one in specific that I posted on my stories. i was super proud of my gym progress and posted a picture on my bikini cause i felt like showing off. I told him it was a bit creepy for him to save my photos when we don't know each other, he says it is not, that im in the wrong and that it's totally normal since i was in that pose.

tbh i feel like saving pictures of other people has been getting more and more normalized? esp since the notion that "posting a picture online = the picture is public property" is pretty widespread nowadays. personally i'd find it intrusive, but for a lot of others they'd actually be flattered, so it seems to be a personal thing. if you feel uncomfortable with it, just block him tbh, or put your profile to private. :/
