My past depressed self 100% would have felt Lazy deep in my bones. I’m so grateful I got out of that funk (in large part to getting treatment for my drinking and getting sober). I literally never thought I’d be the kind of person who wants to get out of bed and get things done and actually be productive. If you’re struggling there’s definitely hope because I was rotting away for years before I was able to really want help and get better.

First impressions:

Soovi: Love it, definitely saving it! Touches on how it feels to be depressed and feeling trapped to your bed but not going too dark on the subject matter. Claiming its being ‘lazy’ but it’s really never that simple imo.

Alice: Nice :) I like it quite a bit, it’s my style of music for sure. I think she could retro or nostalgia themed music really well tbh. Glad she’s still making music!

Sparky: Fun, liking this too :) thought the chorus would be catchier and the rapper here is kind of annoying but I like the energy. Loving the Barbie vibes.

Woo Jeewon: ooh I’m digging her voice! Idk how much I like the song but I like her voice quite a bit, I’ll have to keep an eye out on her work.

Overall some good songs here!
