Tail ar first I really liked but didn’t replay much initially, but when it comes on now it hits so good. I really like it, I feel sort of bad that it didn’t do well especially compared to Pporappippam and her song with JYP did really well with charting. I hope she does experiment a bit though since she’s like Dreamcatcher for me, still loving her releases but it’s easy to predict their sound for better or worse.

Sunmi contributes to her music and I think that’s great, she knows what she likes! I think it has a lot to do with she works with Frants often lately, kind of like Dreamcatcher works mostly with Leez & Ollounder. Her songs can be put on a playlist you can tell it’s distinctly her, but also because I know the type of songs she puts out has a similar vibe even when she tries different genres her sound is a bit predictable. Not a huge negative, as my critique applies to Dreamcatcher too and I love both of them.

But I think variety (in the right direction lol!) can bring some life to the discography for mainstream artists. I feel like I’m more forgiving to niche artists since they have smaller audiences in general even though they do it too.
