Oooh, I quite like the intro and the stage for the showcase performance! The song is nice too, a cute throwback to 2015 and the 'harder' post-chorus parts actually make sense. The rap section was a snooze though, Cube has always had super charismatic rappers in their girl groups but this.... was not on that level whatsoever.

It’s definitely an energetic and cute song! Chowon is such a great vocalist. I do have to say, I usually don’t care if a rap part in a kpop song is out of place, but this one felt REALLY out of place. If they wanted to highlight the girls as rappers, I don’t think they did a good job. I’m still excited to watch the performances though! I watched their kpop dance cover video and the girls seem really charismatic.

Eh for a first impression it’s ok, I appreciate the energy in the chorus but as a whole idk it’s missing something. A little disappointed since I expected something different with them predebut. Maybe I’ll like it more with stages

Yeah, everything you said. It was... fine. Fun-ish chorus but overall pretty forgettable for me.

I think this is the first time I've been this underwhelmed by a Cube girl group debut. (G)I-dle established themselves as a potential force with Latata, CLC's Pepe was different (and gave me Wonder Girls vibes so I loved it), and 4minute's Hot Issue (while not my favorite in hindsight) was an awesome and strong debut in 2009 (such a good year! 2ne1, T-ara, (f)x, Secret, and After School are still my faves).

I watched the stage and they had a great stage presence so far so I’ll check out their next release, but even watching the performance the song wasn’t clicking for me minus the energetic chorus

I watched their performance on m countdown and they seem like seasoned performers. They didn't look awkward or stressed for a debut stage, which is really good. We'll have to see if they can follow up with live singing.

wait i love this!!! the hook is so fun and feels a little nostalgic, and that post chorus drop caught me off guard so much i love it lol. kpop drops are usually pretty safe so hearing this drop have a bit more to it was cool. the girl with the red hair definitely caught my eye & so did their rapper... might stan lol

also the mv is super cute! i loved the brighter parts and the neon pink and yellow but the darker parts in the forest are my favorite, it's really nice

I like it! "ALL THE COLORS" is my favorite kpop MV aesthetic so I'm glad to have that. I'm an easy win tho since I have an infinite amount of space in my heart for girlgroups... (tho if I had hated the song they would have been relegated to the 'hope youre next track is good' pile).

Cube is still shit tho and I'm going to be bitter that they haven't rightfully gone out of business yet.

it's not what I wanted or expected, thought they would go for something fresh. it kinda sounds like a reject from The Red style of RV. the girl with purple hair has a nice voice tone though, hope she and Chowon gets more singing opportunities.

It's ok. I've listened to it a couple of times and nothing about it is sticking in my head. It's great to see Chowon finally getting her moment to shine. The first rapper was ok but the second girl was meh, especially following in the footsteps of (g)i-dle.

It's age appropriate at least which is nice.

lmao this is way more interesting, catchy and fun than anything CLC or G-Idle has ever done so props to them. I take back what I said about there being too many members, they're powerful enough dancers and their personalities make it work.


It's a shame they'll be overshadowed by Twice's comeback (which I also love!), but this is a really cute debut!

It is very kidz bop. Which is great since half of the group is teens, but yea I feel too grown for this song since I am lol. Imo it doesn’t have that appeal that anyone can pick it up and listen to it vs just young kids, but also the concept gave that away anyways so I can’t be too disappointed

i checked their ages and the oldest are 02-liners and the youngest is '06, with members that age i'd rather the group's concept skew slightly too childish than too grown-up, if you know what i mean? it's not my thing personally, but it's all right since they're just starting out.

it's the typical gg debut for mid-tier company to a fault. a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and you end up with something that's very vanilla (ha!) and very generic. at this point 'neon pink cute aesthetic paired with a disjointed song with edm elements' is not enough to make a group stand out. as much as aespa annoys me at least their concept is not tired from the start lmao

IA, this is pretty stale which is sad since I had bigger hopes. I’m very curious how their debut will go, CLC’s didn’t really make an impact while (g)idle was winning award shows for their debut song, it came out swingin’. I’m thinking this song might be similar to CLC’s experience but we’ll have to wait and see in these next few weeks.

yeah after posting this i was thinking their concept might change anyway but honestly kpop is so saturated and competitive these days that if you don't come right out of the gates with a clear unique identity it's always going to be a losing battle in some way, and clc and (g)idle are perfect opposite examples of that.

So it’s confirming my suspicions, so it did pretty well (especially compared to nugu groups, since Cube is a mid-tier company with more money) but it didn’t make a splash like 4minute & g-idle. Which is concerning since they only did a little bit better than CLC. Hopefully they have a better run than CLC did
