Junsu cameo in "Mañana es para siempre"



 

WTF is this? That was my reaction when I first read my email this morning on a tip from mystarrynightz. Apparently, TVXQ / DBSK's Xiah Junsu was randomly spotted in a Mexican drama. Korean dramas and music are supposedly slowly growing a fan base in Mexico. So the producer thought it would be cute to photoshop Xiah's picture and randomly place it in his drama

Funny thing is that my mom was watching this telenovela last night and I didnt notice this. This mexican drama is about a rich family that owns one of the biggest milk factories in the country. Rich girl falls in love with poor boy and madrastra (stepmother) caught them kissing when they were like 12 yrs old and accused the poor boy of trying to rape the rich girl. Rich girl is send to europe and poor boy to the states. Rich girl comes back to Mexico and gets married to another guy even though she still loves poor boy. Poor boy comes back to Mexico and fakes his death and seeks revenge againts the rich family that destroyed his life and his mother's (who was the rich family's maid)...

btw he should sue but our legal system sucks so I hope he doesnt waste his time.

I put that as my second choice. Mexico is VERY far from where I live and it's gonna cost me a bomb to live there for 5 months or so, considering that I would LOVE to go travelling. I put Korea as first choice instead. ^_________^

For a while I used to watch Lola, but I can't understand Spanish and the story took so long that I quit. Then I came back to it and there were all these new people and I didn't know who any of them were and it's not like American soaps where I can understand and catch on by the end of the episode. :(

I really dislike novelas, just could never get into them. I mean if you think some asian dramas are silly, novelas are worse (unless your talking about Taiwanese dramas). But...I'm semi interested in 'Las Tontas no van al Cielo'.

Manana es Para Siempre has me rolling my eyes, I have huge issues with a 40 year old man playing a under 30 guy but the girl is obviously 20-something.
