A flurry of TV series, including new seasons of hit dramas "The Penthouse: War in Life" and
"Hospital Playlist," is set to premiere in June.

The third season of "The Penthouse: War in Life" will be the first one to kick off, with its season premiere airing this Friday.

Written by Kim Soon-ok, who is infamous for creating outrageous, soapy series like "Temptation of Wife" and "The Last Empress," the series revolves around the residents of a 100-story luxury residence called Hera Palace.

The plot-heavy series with endless backstabbing, twists and turns between residents has garnered huge popularity since its first season early this year, hitting a 28.8 percent viewership rating.

The new season will pick up on the cliffhanger with the death of one of the lead characters, Logan Lee (Park Eun-seok), and will welcome two new actors ― On Joo-wan and Park Ho-san.

Two of tvN's much-anticipated series are back with new seasons ― the comedy-drama "Hospital Playlist" and crime thriller "Voice."

"Hospital Playlist," helmed by popular director Shin Won-ho, known for the "Replay" series and "Prison Playbook," is slated to kick off its second season on June 17.

The feel-good series is about five friends from medical school working at the same hospital ― Lee Ik-joon (Cho Jung-seok), Ahn Jeong-won (Yoo Yeon-seok), Kim Jun-wan (Jung Kyoung-ho), Yang Seok-hyeong (Kim Dae-myung) and Chae Song-hwa (Jeon Mi-do).

The new season will delve deeper into the interwoven relationships between the friends, their love for music and the everyday lives of medical staff and patients at the hospital, each with different stories to tell.

"Voice" is finally back for its fourth season after two years, with the title "Voice 4: Judgment Hour."

The thriller series revolves around a gifted voice profiler Kang Kwon-joo (Lee Ha-na) and her emergency call center team called Golden Time. The new season will star Song Seung-heon who will play the stringent LAPD detective Derek Jo.

Golden Time teams up with Jo to take down the ultimate villain who has the same ability as Kwon-joo.

TV adaptations of popular webcomics are also premiering in the coming month, such as "Nevertheless" and "At a Distance, Spring Is Green."

Starring two rising stars Han So-hee and Song Kang, "Nevertheless" will go on air on June 19. The series will unfold a romance story between a man who only wants a fling and a woman who is skeptical about love.

"At a Distance, Spring Is Green," which will premiere on June 14, is about a group of college students struggling to find their passion, love, and purpose. It will star singer and actor Park Ji-hoon and actors Kang Min-ah and Bae In-hyuk.

Netflix is set to release its first Korean sitcom "So Not Worth It" on June 18.

Created by Kwon Ik-joon, who helmed the hit sitcom "Nonstop" series, and Kim Jung-sik, known for the "High Kick" series, the series will revolve around college students from around the world, living in a dormitory together.
