when they released their kcontact version of dont fear now and didnt release this at the same time i didnt think we were gonna get this cover, all the kcon:tact performances of this on the internet are such bad quality i'm happy to finally have it in hd!
between their cover and a.c.e's part vocal cover they've been really helpful to let me obsessively listen to this song since it came out, once i feel like i've heard the original twice version too many times in a short space i switch to one of them for a while and then back to the twice one so it always sounds fresh lol
i really appreciate bgs covering gg songs without exaggerating the song's inherent "girliness" or making the choreo more "masculine" while adding their own spin to it. this is really nice.
I didn’t think I would like this in a lower male key but it sounds so good! It’s definitely shows the strength of a really good pop song. They did really good.
omg, this is really good! i don't usually like boy group covers of girl group songs that much so my expectations were low, but they killed it. this is the only other one i've seen and liked as much as this one:
honestly, this cover got icsm back on my rotation; i always forget how much i like the song and i really like this version of it, too. i wish they didn't do at kcon:tact so there was an hq stage version of it, i miss the kcon stages being mcd special eps lol
The few times boy groups cover girls songs, I'm so used to them butchering the choreography in an attempt to make it masculine, but they ATE THIS UP!!!!! I love it! And the vocals sound great in this lower register.
Kinda hope they continue this trend and cover some other groups as well. (Fingers crossed for Zimzalabim)
