The girls promised a v-live for their 2000 Days as Twice on their 500th day a few years ago (they even joked how they didn’t know if vlive would still be around on day 2000). They did their v-live together and posted videos and images on their Instagram.

Seeing Jihyo help decorate and seeing all the albums on the wall 🥺 They’ve accomplished so much in less than 6 years. I’m very proud of them!

it really doesnt feel like that long wow. i hope theres many more days with twice too (so long as the girls are happy). i'm grateful for all the happiness and great music they've brought me the last ~not quite 2000 days because i think i got into them in 2016 rather than debut lol but i hope they're proud for all they've achieved so far and glad they have each other, being the popular gg for so long has it's hard moments too.

I haven’t seen it in full but it’s interesting to say the least lol. I don’t like Jihyo getting fat shamed :( but also you see Sana get angry/serious which is hard to associate with her now. To make an astrology joke you can see her Capricorn sun in that moment when she’s disappointed in her group’s carelessness. Sana was not playing

the Momo reveal was pretty dramatic with J-line all collapsing. Sixteen is a good show to get into them, but it kinda puts a facade on their abilities, like how Momo sounded ok there. I also loved Sana going leader on Dahyun and Minyoung, and Tzuyu just there supporting her (also kinda cemented how I like the opposites dynamic in Twice)

MY BABIES! I’ve been here since debut so I feel so old whenever they celebrate another milestone lol.
I saw a tweet abt Chaeyoung saying how they were a family and as cheesy as it is, I teared up 😂 Twice is just one of those groups where I’m certain that they’ll still be close even if they aren’t a group anymore, although I’ll be sad when that day comes. Love them sm ❤️

I genuinely do get good vibes from Twice as a group, I’m not expecting them to be best friends and we can see who is closer to each other (which is normal who can be super close with 9 people at once) but they seem to get along as a whole really well and I can see them staying in touch even when Twice ends. Which I won’t lie...I get very sad thinking about lol, especially since I don’t know what the future holds next year when contract renewals come up :(((
Also the fact that no one has left yet before their contract ran out when members leaving is all too common in kpop, I think also says a lot that they value their experience together. I think they know Twice won’t be the same when members start finally leaving so that also encourages them to push on, along with enjoying each other’s company.

I do appreciate that they haven’t had any drama amongst themselves like SNSD had. Not using it against them or anything, SNSD is a group that holds a lot of good memories for me! But hearing the rumors about Taeyeon and Jessica, I’m glad Twice has been able to avoid that or they keep it super under wraps 👀 but even then with a controlled image, pettiness and anger usually rears it’s ugly head and we haven’t seen that yet with Twice.

Yeah, I have followed a lot of groups over the years and I feel like only a handful of groups really have a friendship that feels genuine outside of their working life, and Twice is one of them. Like.... their families have literally celebrated holidays and gone on trips together, Mina makes them all handmade gifts, Datzu raises dogs together, etc etc.
Sana has even mentioned before that she was surprised when ppl were impressed when one time she was cold at an award show and all the members immediately gave her hot packs lol. That kinda stuff is hard to fake.
+ the fact that they’re well-off and still choose to live with each other is really telling imo. And I find it so surprising that apparently Tzuyu is the one that brings them all together whenever they haven’t hung out as 9 in a while! I would have pegged her as the most aloof.
+++ absolutely no disrespect to SNSD bc I loved them back in the day and Im sure OT8 is still super tight, but there were a LOT of shady moments where Taeyeon was glaring daggers at Jess or looked ready to murder her lol. She didn’t even bother hiding it most of the time, so the warning signs were definitely there that not all was well 😅😅😅

their friendship is adorable, and I want them to continue having fun together. it's touching to see them come from Sixteen till now, and I think the show really helped to build their relationships, since most of them were barely talking to each other before. imagine debuting in a group (and being with them almost 24/7) with someone you've known for a few months, it must be hard.
