PLOT: Born a princess and raised a soldier, Pyeong Gang is a woman with big dreams and limitless ambition. Determined to become the first Empress of Goguryeo, Pyeong Gang will stop at nothing to make her dream come true. Clever and level-headed, Pyeong Gang is well aware of the obstacles that stand in her way, but she’s more than capable of taking them on. On Dal is the exact opposite of the ambitious princess. He is a oasis of calm amid the turbulent storms in Pyeong Gang’s life. The warrior princess soon finds herself falling for gentle On Dal. He's equally in love with the princess, whose heart he now possesses. He finds himself forsaking his principles in order to keep her safe, an endeavor proving to be increasingly difficult, as warring factions lethally vie for the throne. Forced to match both wits and strength against some of the most powerful people in Goguryeo, Pyeong Gang’s quest for power could very well cost her everything. Does she have what it takes to realize her goals, or will the price prove to be too much to pay?

I love this weeks episodes! Dear Princess is so strong I really love her character. And On Dal is supporting her well. Lady Hae and General Go...I don't know what to do with the two of you! You are both starting to frustrate me big time!

this drama is holding up so well for me, i am really enjoying the mix between politics, romance and some light-hearted scenes. i agree op that princess pyeonggang and on dal are great characters on their own, but also their trust in each other and the relationship is really great to see. i love how on dal calls pyeonggang out when she's keeping secrets from him but at the same time is respectful of her private life?

also happy on dal didn't die as was suggested in the very first scene of this drama's first episode!! but they really had to reshoot soooooo much for this drama i really feel for the staff.

i am particularly annoyed with general go!!!! every time you think he's trying to better himself he is again an asshole..... lady hae is really stuck in her loyalty question

rip the assassin friend :( i felt for him. happy the crown prince didn't die! i feel protective over him

General Go is sooooo complicated. I'm going to hate him more if he'll just use Lady Hae to get back at the Princess and On Dal.
