Youn Yuh-jung For Vogue Korea

Legend Youn Yuh-jung is in the March issue of Vogue Korea. Strarring in "Minari", she is the first Korean actress to be nominated for a Screen Actors Guild for "Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role".
She has won more than 20 trophies in the US for her role as the grand-mother babysitting her grandson and has become the frontrunner for "Best Supporting Actress" at the 93rd Oscars. If she wins the Oscar, she will be the second Asian actress on record after Miyoshi Umeki who was the "Best Supporting Actress" in 1957 for her role in "Sayonara". The nomination alone would make her the fourth Asian actress to be nominated! Let's go QUEEN!

The photos are chic looking and her achievements are awesome buuuut she has the same expression in all the photos and it's rather sombre. There could have been a bit of variety; it made me wonder what she looked like if she smiled.

I don't know if this is the case, but I do know a lot of people hate smiling in pictures.
My grandma is one of them. In our Christmas photos she sits in the middle and she always looks like a mob boss 😂😂

She (or whoever directed her) could have shown different expressions.

I don't know how much say models normally have in how they express themselves.

She is so adorable on Youn Stay. Also did not know that she lived in the US for a while and her English is pretty good!
