Do you guys think that maintaining this level of muscle/lean body is actually healthy? Honest question. Looks like so much effort. Anyways, he is a pretty guy and seems nice. Still haven’t really got into his songs, but I’m watching out
for shoots like this people have to get really dehydrated beforehand (and i'm sure photoshop is doing some heavy lifting here too) he surely works super hard to maintain his physique on a daily basis but i'd say it can still be healthy, it's just a full-time job. i wish the fitness community could portray a more realistic image though. like there's no reason people should be dehydrating themselves just to show more muscle definiton.
As someone who knows a bit about the fitness community etc - no, not really. I wouldn't say it's really healthy, especially if you're on steroids which I suspect he is.
I have very VERY rarely seen a man this buff (both legs and torso) who wasn't on steroids and achieved this "the natural way". That's just my personal experience, though.
my main reason is because he got *this huge* in a very short amount of time. he was always pretty big even in MX but after leaving he got HUGE and REALLY buff in such a short amount of time it just didn't add up to me sure, he gained some weight and probably spends even more time in the gym than before but i just suspect he gets a little help
that being said, everybody can tell he puts in the time, effort and dedication - nobody can deny his super hard work! and i think he looks absolutely fantastic what a great body to look at! so by no means i'm shaming or looking down upon him because his achievements are super impressive (with or without help).
i just wouldn't be surprised if i were you if it's not fully natural, people who have a ~visual~ career (especially idols in this case) are willing to do a lot to get their dream body in a lot of ways is it even different than getting work done to your face for example? this is probably just a different way to look better/enhance their appearance
ive noticed that when he posts pics of his body he looks bigger and veiny, i think he gets pumped beforehand, I've been to a MX concert, he is big but not as big as the pics suggest. I mean those thigh pics...doesnt make sense when you see him in shorts and theyre smaller than the pics
Honestly the disconnect between the colors of his face and body is bugging me the most here. I know multiple factors play into it but i still don’t like it lol
I always feel that way about Twice Jihyo, especially when you watch the fancams where the difference between her super light face makeup and tan body is just jarring. I think the TV shots with all the lighting just make her lighter overall, or maybe Korean broadcasting companies have some set filters on so its not *too* obvious.
Men's Health has a reputation of photoshopping the head smaller than the body tbh, so I'm sad that he got this treatment. With that said, didn't expect the cover with the jacket, which looks really good! & more proportionate because they didn't ps his head lol
