I am SO GLAD that they took action, although it took them longer than we hoped for. My friends and I were the ones who drafted the email template and sent it to them. We were all on edge because this is the first time that it used a full sacred phrase.
It’s still unfortunate that this happened in the first place, but I hope that they won’t repeat it and learned from their lesson.

I hope Changkyun posts something, too. I missed the teaser post yesterday so when I saw this one I went on instagram to check what happened (bad move, I know) and one of the first things I saw were of course stans going "it's not Changkyun's fault!1!" like... Let him take some responsibility. He alienated his fans, let him do the work to get their respect back.
Yup, I hope he would address it soon, or an acknowledgement on what happened. They took down all the photos with the white shirt and posted new teasers. I don’t even mind if they want to delay the MV and reshoot it.
I’m not on IG that often but On Twitter, the Malaysian Muslim fans were quick to move and prepare the template, and I’m glad we have a translator as well. We moved really quick but some fans from other fandoms were accusing us for not doing anything 🙄
i also would like an apology from changkyun too, but at the same time, i'm doubtful it will happen since the apology was only posted on fancafe and linked only on twitter & i saw very few korean mbb talking about it :( but maybe he'll surprise us
You’re welcome! It was strsssful for us because we were really hurt. I’m pissed at Changkyun tbh because he only posted a “monbebe I love you” post on fancafe... and that’s it. It’s just so disappointing and we’re all conflicted. I hope he would say more soon but I shouldn’t get my hopes high

as far as shoots like this go: idol/model shows up, puts on the clothes the stylists and creative directors pick out, and poses. they get very little input in the shopping other than giving a stylist key words if they actually get any input at all. they don't give thoughts to what they're wearing other than if it's pretty or not. I wish more people (in general, not you specifically!) would drag the stylists and creative teams in with the artists. they're all on sns and listed in the album liner notes but get off in these situations with no consequences even though they should be shouldering some of the blame as well.
Thank you! Actually we were looking for the stylist and even MV director because SSE did not respond earlier. We acknowledge that it’s the stylist fault because we’re annoyed with their recent styling (for Beastmode, not for Love Killa stages). However, since it’s also his own solo, wish he would also chime in his two cents because at the end of the day it’s his face and his brand. :/
When the album comes out have someone who bought the physical to check the liner notes and then bring it all back up (if you want to!). The fact that you got a response from the label and likely the shirt will be shopped out of the final is really commendable! Here's hoping they will be way more mindful going forward.
I’m glad SSE responded pretty decently but ffs at this point stylists should just avoid any images or languages they don’t recognize. Like if it says or shows something and they’re not 100% sure what it is or where it’s from, just don’t fucking risk it
