i just realised that her roommate and the makeup counter lady are the same person lmao normally my facial recognition is great how did i not notice its literally just the difference of her hair being up and down. wow feeling like the people in superman who get fooled by him sticking on a pair of glasses.
hmm is the haha did you think im dating a man classic casual homophobia joke there as a bad joke or is it related to the chef discussion....is it foreshadowing is it regular homophobia who knows. the younger sis needs to worry more about her own marriage and less about other peoples relationships.
noooo don't invite them for lunch. this whole drama is gonna be based around awkward interactions in that elevator. and now the director is bribing the counter lady to basically help him stalk hyunseungs sis.....all the men in this drama are awful was it written to make me more of a misogynist its working
omg this lunch can the director stop speaking asking if she wants another manager lmao of course she does. and now he was going to take her off to europe without asking while married to another woman jae shin is the worsssst. her literally asking him how much worse are you going to get after i wrote that lol
i feel bad for hyunseungs friend who is clearly into him but get over it asap i dont need more unnecessary romantic interests in this drama there is enough already. oh good hyunseung asked if he can walk with song ah this time instead of just doing it is he learning boundaries finally?
this director is a freak but why is she even engaging and telling him she broke off her engagement this is not a normal human interaction at all what the hell is the dialogue in this scene?
jae shin changing who manages hyunseung and implying he barely does any work.......he's so petty.
'i guess im getting married alone' yes you are cause you manipulated him into marrying you what did you expect.
ok is the chef gay or not i'm so confused i was like oh theyre definitely hinting that he is then the last 'style im curious about' with the weird silence and looks just confused me. like is it supposed to be funny that she thinks hes into her or is he into her i dont know anymore.
jae shin thinking she wont go to europe with him because of hyunseung and not because hes a cheater and a liar and likes to make decisions for her......ok. not the mentally unstable directors sis finding out theres weird vibes between song ah and him. she better take it out on jae shin not go after song ah at some point.
ugh jae shin trying to manipulate hyunseung telling him songah is going to europe. good for hyunseung saying she can decide on her own the "thats cause you dont know her" is sooooo irritating and patronising god i really hate this man.
maybe rowoons drunk acting is cute.....i'm glad were seeing her slowly realise she likes having him around and starting to look after his presence too.

hyunseung is literally the worst friend ever why do his friends like him all he does is constantly reject them. him fake munching on the bread is cute though.....
jae shin telling her about the directors sister now is weirdly out of the blue but i guess he is trying to do right by her telling her not to take him into account for the decision to go to europe but he was still like woe is me i had no choice about the marriage when really he did and he had the choice to explain it to her before she found out herself.
them only now realising hyunseung would be suitable as a model just isnt realistic lol
good at him saying he'll support whatever her decision is! thats more supportive than all the pushy i know whats best for you thats going on with everyone else.
i knew that the directors sis would focus on song ah instead of jae shin, its your fiancee thats stepping out on you not her take it up with him first.
not more scenes of the director why are they doing this to me. of course she isnt there to see you. there is nothing attractive or charming about this man stop putting him on my screen.
girl dont waste your emotions worrying about jae shin let him continue to suffer if thats what he wants.
him hanging up to celebrate her not leaving and dancing with the mop while she watches through the window mayBE thats cute. also like that she checked on him twice out of her own volition these two eps, between the gathering and the stickers. i'm really starting to enjoy the main couple (thank god) but the rest of the drama is still lacking the urge to fast forward when theyre not on screen is strong.

Date: 2021-02-02 09:11 pm (UTC)yeah the guy joke :/// idk what to think of that. the convo with the annoying ceo and hyunseung's sister was really awkward but i actually thought it was pretty realistic from the sister's side because if a guy like that would come up to me i'd also not really now what to say and how to react.. i would say weird things too i think
and i think hyunseung at least learned to ask this episode and was pretty open about what he did (i know... the bar is on the ground!!) but jaeshin was the absolute worst in still trying to control everything around songah. like.... you could've told her everything earlier you know? why can't he just realize he fucked up and leave her alone, like she's asked him to?
lol really laughed out loud at your writing especially you calling out all the men in this show lmao. i really only hope for embarrassment for the ceo, hyunseungs sister does not deserve him

thats true! i dont blame her for blurting something out but the director really was being sooo weird i think a normal person would just walk away lol
truly the bar is on the ground! they have me celebrating everytime a man doesnt like grab a woman were they lowering my standards on purpose the first few eps?? ia jae shin seems really selfish he had one or two more level headed moments this ep but overall hes still pretty terrible and doesnt have any ability to acknowledge his own behaviour.
the men are all the worssst the only ones i dont mind are the ones whove spoken about 3 lines in 6 eps lol and i agree the director is annoying me the most of all characters like hyunseungs sis might be flattered by the attention in general i guess but she deserves much better than him

Date: 2021-02-02 09:03 pm (UTC)lol i forgot how ep 5 ended so i had to laugh/roll my eyes when i saw hyunseung standing behind songah LIKE A CREEP THAT CLUB (good song title though). love how songah immediately walked away and i think it’s kind of funny how open hyunseung was that he followed her there lol that kind of made it kind of better for me in a way?
i feel like the leads are really saving this drama, rowoon is very charming being so brazen
the girlfriend saying to jaeshin that he can’t walk all over her i was like ??? aren’t you the one manipulating him into this marriage in the first place?? but jaeshin is also turning out to be more controlling towards songah than i thought when i first saw him as a character
the scene where hyunseung was out with the other marketing was very cute but not realistic how good he still looked so good being out of his mind drunk
this was a good episode for shots of rowoon! lol @ him suddenly becoming the male model for the show, isn’t he modeling for a cosmetic brand irl too?
it was also nice to see more of songah’s situation with her family and to learn more about jaeshin as a character. still not very into the sassy kid; now i'm thinking her mom will have an affair with the chef, not her husband.
i liked that hyunseung was just supportive and not too obsessive (but i guess it could not be worse than the previous episodes lol). the scene at the beginning of this ep where he was really drunk and sulky and wanted to take care of songah instead of the other way around was verrryyy cute.
hyunseung really doesn’t like his friends, doesn’t he? i wish we got to learn more about him than just his love and dedication for songah (still not completely clear why he’s so into her), but i have a liiiiittle bit more faith now that we will in the next few episodes

isn’t he modeling for a cosmetic brand irl too yep! he models for klavuu its actually shown up in the background of the department store scenes i noticed immediately lol i think even the name of the fake brand they work for might be done on purpose to sound similar to it or its called that in the webtoon and its a coincidence i dont know lol

that child is such a brat! when she was in the car saying everyone was pretty except for her mother i couldnt believe it the rudeness!
and ia about having more faith in general about the drama and getting to see the things i think we need to see like him outside of being part of the main couple. the writing has seemed to have levelled out a bit and got more consistent hopefully it doesnt dip again!

Date: 2021-02-03 09:29 am (UTC)oooh right! this is me with names. i was confused about the whole klar/klavuu thing, thanks for explaining! it makes sense then that rowoon is in this drama lol maybe it was part of his contract. in some behing the scenes stuff he's been mentioning a lot that he finds his character really cliche.
in general i am often not fan of the 'wise kid' trope because it's not realistic imo but this child.... is doing the most! i don't blame the child i'm blaming the writers as always. cue an upcoming scene in this drama where songah is going to like hyunseung even more because he's being cute with this kid and/or songah being 'approved' by this kid.
pleaaase don't dip again! i really thought these episodes had some cute moments

even jae shins actor i think is so cute with jin ah in the bts stuff its a pity theyre more fun as a cast than what we get to see between the characters lol
the child actor is doing a good job with what shes got lol and i can definitely see that in the future with song ah and the kid theyre using her quite a lot already for a lot of scenes to move forward conversations lol.
i'm just being pessimistic to keep my expectations low i don't want to lower my guard with regards to the writing!
