It was a little awkward, but the learning dance part was pretty cute, especially the highlight *itzayyy* part. Love that they covered each other’s songs, but I need Itzy to sing more because while they’re stable live, they don’t come across as vocalists so far, except Lia of course
IA. Fans rave about how stable Itzy is for vocals and they are! But their title tracks don’t show that off much so it doesn’t really mean much imo...
I’m hoping they have some growth in 2021 as they have set the tone/have created the foundation for what we expect from them, and I think they can change things up a bit and still stick to their concept. 2020 was a bit stale for me for Itzy tbh, if they keep putting out songs like Wannabe I’ll just stay in the casual fan category which is a shame.
But I also understand they’re still new and 2020 was only their 2nd year so it makes sense they weren’t branching out a lot. But still I think they can do more than what’s being put out.
This was very cute! I’m sure it was a big moment for Itzy since so many idols look up to IU.
I hope 2021 is better for both Itzy and IU. Btw I’m just speaking my experience as a fan, not referring to success since are both aren’t doing bad at all lol. I loved them doing Bbibbi since that’s the last song I really liked for IU. Basically 2020 wasn’t a year I enjoyed ITZY or IU’s releases much (2019 for IU too), so I’m hoping this year is different since I like them both.
