I don't think he's popular with the general public but he seems to have a pretty dedicated fandom. With his two albums released this year, he sold over 245k, which is nice considering it's his debut and followup albums! I also saw he was nominated for GDA. He's performed at yoo hee yeol, king of masked singers and some of his songs have been played by variety shows, so he's trying to get a bit more out there. A lot of idols have been playing or mentioning his music during their v-lives too, so his music seems appreciated by fellow idols. We'll see what the future has in stock for him!
